Feeling bound up?
There are times we all go through when things don’t run as smoothly as they should & it can be uncomfortable, to say the least.
Should you find yourself in this situation, may I suggest making the following recipe for medicated coconut oil? Simply take 1/2-1 teaspoon 2x daily to get it running through your digestive track.
Give it a go for a week. You can choose to use THC or CBD dominant cannabis but the recommendation is for a THC dominant indica. Your budtender can help guide you.
Smell the “flower”/bud first, if it smells pleasant go for it, let it be if not.
*Note: if dealing with anxiety/depression/psychological disorders- you may prefer a sativa or sativa dominant hybrid or it could have negative effects.

Feeling Bound Up
Ingredients:
1/8oz indica cannabis
1 C coconut oil
Directions:
Blanch your cannabis to clean- pour boiling- YES your THC will be fine, settle down, you wouldn’t eat a strawberry covered in dirt
Plunge in ice bath
Let it air dry
No need to decarb UNLESS you need extra help with sleep, then 220-240* for 1 hour in a foil pouch or other sealed ovenproof dish- let cool completely.
Put 1 cup coconut oil in saucepan with lid
Break in 1/8 cannabis with your fingers
Cook on low-med (don’t boil)
Stir every 45 minutes
Strain with fine metal sieve or cheesecloth
Try 1/2 teaspoon 1 hour before bed every night for a week- drink plenty of water- THC dehydrates your cells.
