I just purchased a DB Method squat machine. I’m very excited for this addition because it gives me the opportunity to work my legs which is exactly what I need to get strong. I’ll Be sure to do the squat machine every day and to build that strength. But it makes me very excited and relieved because otherwise although I am doing the physical therapy exercises and the peddler I don’t feel like I’m doing that much ultimately. So it gives me a huge amount of relief to have some thing to work my legs. I found the machine by searching for machines that could be used to exercise at home instead of at the gym. When I start, I’m sure I’ll be using my arms to help but the goal is to work up to doing it only with my legs.
This month was my sister‘s baby shower. She’s having a boy! So that was a great deal of fun seeing all the family & friends that came in to celebrate her. My mom did a bang up job throwing the shower, though if you know her, not surprising. I’m fortunate to have an incredibly supportive family.
