Place filled tray(s) in the freezer. Suggestion would be to pop out the cubes with a swizzzle stick after frozen to make it easy to grab & add cubes. 5 oz per mini ice cube tray- verify what you’re using holds. TIP- You can prepare juice in baggies in the amount of oz you need for future use.

Now to SMOOTH!

Combine whatever ingredients sound good to you in the smoothie. Above is a banana, some Ambrosia melon, 1/2 a cucumber, a bit of mixed greens, 2 hemp cubes, 1 cannabis cube, and orange juice. TIP- you can soak the cubes for a few minutes in citrus juice to decarb a bit. This will make it a bit more relaxing.
