2/16: I can move my legs more! I’ll include progress videos as we make them. It’s easier to get in my chair at home! My legs are noticeably stronger. My breathing also seems easier, I’m not losing breath as quickly.
2/17: My back is hurting less!
Flexed my feet up and down. Left foot easy, right foot harder- toes flicker when tickled, can raise and lower with effort. 3-5th toes wriggled slightly! Tried raising my legs. Left ‘easy’ right difficult but muscles flexed. Pushed in & out with my legs. Right “easy” left challenging but muscles flexed. “Climbed” the bed rope ladder 10x to work my core.
2/18: 60 minutes on the motorized pedaler (video is from before stem cell therapy 7/21).
